A simple process

Registration

• Complete the Registration form

• Complete the activity plan

• Choose the week of the internship and the number of interns you wish to welcome (individual or group internship)

Welcome meeting

• Introduction of the intern to the mentor by a member of Student Business

• Reminder of the roles and responsibilities

• Takes place on the first day of the internship or a week prior to the activity

• Duration : 40 minutes

Internship

• Mentor supervises the intern during one week

• Initiation to the mentor’s occupation

• Feedback with the intern using the logbook

• Mid-internship follow-up from the Student Business administrative team

Evaluation

• To be completed by the mentor with the intern on the last day of the activity

• Two school credits awarded to the students who succeeded the activity

Merit Award Gala

• Annual event attended by 2,500 people to commemorate the involvement of the business mentors and the success of the interns
